The RtO project took another important step forward with a training week held from 5 to 8 May 2025 at the Peace & Friendship Stadium in Athens, hosted by Olympiacos in collaboration with IC Sports Mental Coaching, EPSI, TUS, the Ukrainian National Olympic Committee, and Kinetic Analysis. The sessions aimed to deepen athletes’ and coaches’ understanding of cognitive and psychological performance training.

The Road to the Olympics for Ukrainians project, a groundbreaking initiative focused on the System Training Under Pressure (STUP) cognitive training program, receives a powerful boost with the participation of Kinetic Analysis (Netherlands).

The project targets Ukranian pre-olympian athletes, using Cognitive Training techniques to strenghten their mental skills. Considering the challenging situation their country is experiencing, the projects hopes to implement mind coaching techniques, to prevent athletes’ performance level from dropping.
